Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, return eligibility, and how to report damaged or lost items.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Report glass or shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned.
Before you buy
We want you to love what you order. If you have questions about sizing, materials, compatibility, or intended use, reach out through our Contact page before purchasing—we are happy to help.
Because many items are personal-use accessories, returns are limited once a product has been used, opened (where applicable), or removed from original packaging in a non-resalable way.
We may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, even when a return would not otherwise qualify.
Shipping
- Orders are processed on business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Shipping rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and selected method.
- You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
- Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If you notice an address error right after ordering, contact us immediately—we may be able to update it before shipment.
- We may ship orders in multiple packages. You will not be charged extra standard shipping for split shipments caused by inventory availability unless disclosed at checkout.
Free shipping promotions
When we offer free or discounted shipping (for example, on orders over a stated threshold), the offer applies only as described at checkout—typically to standard shipping within the contiguous United States, excluding oversize or hazmat-restricted items unless stated otherwise. Promotional shipping offers cannot be applied retroactively.
Backorders and cancellations
If an item in your order is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you with options to wait, substitute, or cancel the affected line. If you cancel before shipment, you will receive a full refund for the canceled items.
Delivered, lost, or stolen packages
- A carrier delivery scan generally marks an order as delivered for policy purposes.
- If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number. We will help you start a carrier claim and provide proof of shipment when available.
- We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery to the address you provided, but we will work with you in good faith when carrier investigations are underway.
- For damage visible on arrival, see “Damaged or incorrect items” below—not the lost-package process.
Returns within 30 days
We accept returns for refund on eligible products—we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original for a refund (when eligible) and place a new order.
Eligible returns must meet all of the following requirements:
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order number and email or account used at checkout).
- Item is unused, in original condition, and includes all parts, accessories, and packaging when applicable.
- Return is initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Item is not marked final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
- You receive a return authorization (RMA) from us before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error, a verified defect, or damage covered below.
- Return shipments should be tracked and insured. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds begin only after inspection confirms the item matches the approved return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Opened or sealed products
Items that have been opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals may be subject to a restocking fee if we accept the return. Any applicable restocking fee (typically 20–50% of the item price) will be disclosed when your return is approved, before you ship the item back. Incomplete returns (missing accessories, cables, inserts, etc.) may incur additional fees or be denied.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Inspect glass and fragile items immediately upon delivery.
- Report damage or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a description of the issue.
- If we confirm damage in transit or a fulfillment error, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you, including return shipping when we provide a prepaid label or reimbursement.
- Claims reported after 72 hours may not qualify for damage-related remedies.
Non-returnable items
- Used products of any kind.
- Items marked final sale or clearance.
- Opened consumables, hygiene-sensitive goods, or customized items unless defective.
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page or info@treehouse.lifestyle with your order number and reason for the request. We will confirm eligibility, issue an RMA when appropriate, and provide return instructions.
Do not send returns without confirmation—unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.
International orders
International shipping may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions in your country. Those charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We cannot guarantee that products will clear customs. International returns are evaluated case by case. Additional shipping and customs costs may apply.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
